Colours and Textures

Wide range of colours and designs allows to match fence to facade, door and window joinery and finish elements of the building.

Moreover, powder coating guarantees great aesthetic effect: the surface is free from sagging, it is possible to obtain various decorative effects and different gloss levels.

The powder coatings P0 Group 5100 Series are based on high polyester resins resistance to weathering and UV radiation, and pigments selected for their high thermal resistance and light fastness.

The pearlescent of P0 Group Series 5100 series was obtained through a process of dry mixing of components having different specific weight and chromaticity. For this why the finishes in this series may have contained differences in appearance and / or colour as a function of the application system used, the possible use of recycling and also among the lot and production lot.

Note: the colours and gloss levels presented in the brochure are for example only.

Maintenance for Our Varnished Products

The architectural paints used in the system require regular maintenance and cleaning to ensure the continuity of the decorative and protective properties of the surface.

The frequency of cleaning operations depends on many factors, including:

  • 1st geographic location of the building.
  • 2nd class of environmental corrosion in which construction is incorporated (for example: marine, industrial, residential, rural, etc.)
  • 3rd level of polluting air emissions.
  • 4th presence of winds with significant intensity (eg Bora di Trieste) possibility of pulvcoli transported by the wind (eg sand, dust, etc.)

Exchange rate hypothesis over time of the class of corrosion (eg from rural to industrial)

The best method of cleaning is through a regular washing of the surface using a warm water solution and gentle detergent (pH 5-8).

All surfaces should be cleaned using a soft cloth or a sponge, do not use any brush if it is not of natural origin.

The frequency of cleaning depends on the appearance you want to keep and the need to remove deposits that may, for prolonged contact, cause damage to the lining. In a not particularly aggressive environment (eg rural or urban), the normal cleaning frequency can be around 12 months. In the presence of special dirt deposits, a higher cleaning frequency is recommended.

When the environment is aggressive, or in the presence of water with very fixed residue, the cleaning frequency must be reduced to 3 months. In the event of high air pollution or in the presence of a particularly corrosive environment, the interval between interventions is further reduced.

It is absolutely forbidden to use solvents or solutions containing:

  • Foreign chlorinated hydrocarbons
  • Acetone abrasive pastes

Type of Environment Maintenance Program

  • urban – rural control and cleaning every 12 months
  • industrial control and cleaning every 6 months
  • marine inspection and cleaning every 3 months
  • industrial and marine inspection and cleaning every 3 months

Repairs:

If it is necessary to make adjustments on the painted surface, it is advisable to use two-component polyurethane paints to be applied according to the following cycle:

Wipe the surface with a little aggressive solvent, apply it with a cloth freely, dry, taking care to remove any residues.

If necessary, level the surface by smoothing the part to be repaired with abrasive paper (max grit 320) and then thoroughly clean with a dry cloth

Vigorously mix the paint for about 2 minutes

In the case of spray paint (canisters), spray the colour on a palette (even a cardboard sheet can do with the case)

Apply the paint by brush (small size) and limit the application strictly to the part to be restored

  • idrocarburi clorurati esteri
  • acetoni paste abrasive

Tipo Di Ambiente Programma Di Manutenzione

  • urbano – rurale controllo e pulizia ogni 12 mesi
  • industriale controllo e pulizia ogni 6 mesi
  • marino controllo e pulizia ogni 3 mesi
  • industriale e marino controllo e pulizia ogni 3 mesi

Riparazioni:
